- 1st Monday of the Month: Committees are asked to submit reports by the first Monday
- 2nd Monday of the Month: Officers meet to review and prepare the agenda
- 3rd Monday of the Month: Board of Directors Meeting from 5:00-7:00 PM Central
- Committee reports can be submitted online here
